“This is a request for official information under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 in relation to the new rainbow design on Manners Street bus connection (stop 5515) in Wellington.
We request the following information:
• The total amount budgeted for this project.
• A detailed breakdown of the construction costs related to the implementation of this design on Manners Street. Including (but not limited to) the costs of supplies, labour, designing and any other related expenses.
• Any other further costs related to this project that fall outside the previously stated categories, but are relevant to the design and construction process. I would appreciate it if these could be considered and included in your response.
Please indicate whether any figures provided are inclusive or exclusive of GST. Where possible, data presented in an Excel format is preferable.”
